Today we had a conversation in our marketing meeting about interns. Interns are fun, but you have to lead them. I was thinking about this more and more today and guess what everyone you work with from interns to CEO’s should be treated the same. How you treat an intern, or a boss tells way more about you than it does about THEM! Lead. Teach. Encourage. Build Up. Influence. Your team is only as good as the person leading them.

I challenged our team to not only have interns do what we need, but teach them and help them leave with a good experience. You have influence all around you…what are you doing with it?
