Its become part of my culture

I have gone through seasons where blogging was not fun. Seasons when blogging was a release. Seasons of great blog joy and seasons when I probably should have not blogged at all. But I dig blogging. I blog now for fun. I have developed some great relationships out of blogging and have experienced some killer people and things because of the blog. Just wanted to share. Why do you blog?

My blog has become a small part of the ministry that the Lord has given to me. It has been really exciting to work on two blogs (Daily Bible Reflections and the Isaiah 52 Blog) doing exegesis and musing upon scripture, and even more exciting that people are reading and giving great feedback! I hope and pray that my blog can influence christians in the blogoshpere to follow Christ more fully in their daily life. That’s why I blog - because the Lord has given me an opportunity to engage culture with the content of the gospel!

A release. Plus I would rather not die.
To be like you one day.
I blog to record the chaos of my daily life with three little boys and one big one! I love the season of life I’m in, but life just goes by too quickly. Hopefully blogging will help me remember the joys of day to day life with my boys.
I blog because I have to. In some weird way, the more I read the more I have to respond to it in a meaningful way. When I can share something that causes someone to pause even for a moment and smile or think, I feel like there was a purpose to my day. Plus, I love to write!
It’s part of my creative outlet.
