Grant introduced me to Farras last week and I can not stop listening to this guy. LOVE LOVE LOVE it…Hollywoods not America. Enjoy!

As we all know, an artist is an artist. I could have Rembrandt’s brush and still not be able to paint worth a hoot. Well, a new study by researchers at Duke university and the University of Waterloo show that having a Mac vs a PC actually makes you think more creative. You can go here to read the article for yourself. So the question then arises, what type of culture are you building. I had coffee yesterday morning with a new friend and pastor of a growing church in Mobile. We talked about creating a culture, about impacting a community, marketing ideas, etc. It was cool to have the freedom to ask him questions about his church, and answer questions about how to alter what they do week to week.

Jay always talks about expectations. In fact, he has a GREAT ANALOGY about expectations. Know what you are trying to achieve then build a culture to achieve those goals. And yes, Mac is cooler and makes a better tool than a PC…just sayin…
